We offer three ways to access jethoki: native Android APK download, iOS browser add-to-home-screen, and desktop or mobile web. Each suits different user needs and devices.

Native App vs Web Browser
We recommend the Android app for the best experience: it caches game data so Liga 1 odds, live blackjack feeds, and Aviator spinners load instantly even on slower connections. The app sends push notifications for cashback milestones, referral bonuses, and new promotions. Battery usage is optimised compared to browsers. However, if you prefer not to install software or use multiple devices regularly, the web version is equally functional. Your account balance, transaction history, and tier status sync across all platforms in real time. Choose based on your device and preference; switching between app and web does not require re-verification.
Device Compatibility
The jethoki Android APK runs on Android 7.0 (API 24) and later. iOS browser access requires iOS 12 and later on iPhone and iPad. Web access works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Minimum screen sizes: 320px width for mobile, 768px for tablet. Older devices or browsers may experience slower load times or missing features; we recommend updating your device software for the best performance.
Common Installation Issues
Android users may encounter "Unknown app developer" or "Certificate not trusted" warnings when installing the APK. These are security prompts; they do not indicate malware. To proceed, go to Settings → Security and enable "Install from Unknown Sources", then retry the APK. iOS users who cannot add jethoki to their home screen should ensure their iOS version is up to date; clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If the app crashes on launch, restart your device and check that you have sufficient free storage (at least 150 MB). For persistent issues, contact our support team via email or in-app chat, providing your device model and operating system version.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The jethoki app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, camera (for identity verification during KYC), and notification service. We do not access your contacts, photos, calendar, or other personal data. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. Your password is never stored on your device; each login session is verified against our encrypted database. If you enable biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition), this credential is stored only on your device and never transmitted. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings to add a second layer of security. Logout from jethoki when finished to prevent unauthorised access on shared devices.
Account recovery on jethoki
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email. If you no longer have access to your email, contact our support team with proof of identity (same documents used for KYC) to regain control of your account.
